Thomas Tittley Studio ("the App") is a personal, self-hosted tool used only by its owner, Thomas Tittley, to publish videos to his own accounts.
The App uses the YouTube API Services. When the owner connects his YouTube channel, the App accesses, through Google OAuth, the channel's basic information (channel name and ID), lets him upload videos to it, and reads the status of the uploaded videos and their basic YouTube Analytics statistics. This data is shown only to the owner, inside the App. It is never shared with anyone. The Google Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Google.
When the owner connects one of his own accounts, the App stores the access tokens and basic profile information (account name, profile ID) returned by the platform, plus the videos and captions he uploads. No data is collected from other people.
This data is used only to publish and schedule the owner's videos and to show their basic statistics to him. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
Data is stored on the owner's own computer. Tokens are stored encrypted.
Disconnecting an account in the App deletes its stored tokens and cached data right away. Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. Access can also be revoked at any time in the platform's own settings: for Google/YouTube, at Google security settings → Third-party connections; for TikTok, in Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. The App only uses a session cookie to keep the owner signed in. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not let third parties place cookies.
